About the Role

Uber Freight Customer Support Operations is pioneering how best to support shipper and carrier-partners. We’re looking for candidates that are problem solvers at their core, that thrive in a fast paced environment, that enjoy person-to-person interactions, and that are eager to create an environment to pilot new support products and modalities. What You’ll Do

Own and answer inbound phone calls to resolve issues for our carrier partners in real time
Serve as the voice of the customer, identifying and escalating common issues to our product and engineering teams
Maintain excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism while delivering the best customer service
Learn about the multiple knowledge bases and contact management systems
Pilot new support products and modalities to constantly improve our operation

Strong computer and time management skills

Experience in the logistics or Freight industry
Support experience in a high-volume production environment, including customer service, retail, service and hospitality, or related industries
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, English or Journalism
Flexibility and willingness to work weekends, holidays, and shifts outside standard business hours; this is a 24/7 operation
